From a modest beginning as a talent acquisition firm to becoming a multi-vertical organization in Telecom, Power, and Commercial Infrastructure, Praptham’s growth has been a remarkable journey of transformation and purpose.

Essence of Growth

The Beginning of a Vision

Praptham was conceived by a team of dynamic professionals who shared a dream — to build an organization that combines technology, service excellence, and human values. On 23rd October 2017, Praptham Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. was officially incorporated with its headquarters in Bangalore, India.

In its early phase, Praptham operated as a Talent Acquisition Company, providing specialized hiring solutions to top-tier global clients including Google and Microsoft. The company built its reputation on trust, precision, and the ability to identify and nurture exceptional talent for leading multinational corporations.

A New Chapter of Leadership

The year 2020 marked a turning point in Praptham’s journey. Under the visionary leadership of Mr. Jayashankar A.V., an industry veteran with over two decades of telecom experience and a distinguished career in the Indian Army, Praptham was redefined and reimagined.

Mr. Jayashankar took charge with a new vision — to transform Praptham into a multi-domain service organization. Under his guidance, the company diversified into multiple business segments, including Telecom Network implementation, Biomedical Services, and Commercial Infrastructure. This shift laid the groundwork for what would soon become a fast-growing national enterprise.

Expanding Technical Horizons

Building on its momentum, 2021 became a year of strategic collaborations and operational expansion.
Praptham entered into a partnership

wherein it extended its support to Karnataka CNC Tech Pvt. Ltd., contributing to the manufacturing and supply of Defence equipment and spare parts. This diversification into defence manufacturing highlighted Praptham’s growing technical expertise and adaptability to serve diverse industrial domains.

Strengthening Connectivity & Retail Presence

In 2022, Praptham achieved a major milestone by collaborating with Tera Software Ltd. for the Bharat Broadband Network Limited (BBNL) project in Odisha. The project aimed to connect over 5,000 Gram Panchayats, bringing rural India closer to the digital mainstream. Praptham’s contribution to this nation-building initiative underlined its commitment to supporting India’s digital transformation.

Simultaneously, Praptham ventured into the Retail Fit-Out industry, delivering end-to-end interior execution and commercial infrastructure projects for leading retail brands in Southern India. This new vertical combined creative design with precision engineering, strengthening Praptham’s position as a trusted execution partner in both technical and commercial domains.

National Expansion & Telecom Excellence

By 2023, Praptham had grown from a regional player to a recognized national organization. The company launched full-scale telecom operations in the Odisha Circle for Indus Towers Limited, handling implementation, maintenance, and network optimization activities.

At the same time, Praptham expanded operations across all southern states, strengthening its execution capability in both Telecom and Commercial Infrastructure sectors. This rapid expansion demonstrated Praptham’s operational maturity, project management expertise, and ability to deliver under challenging timelines across multiple geographies.

Powering the Future

The year 2024 marked another leap forward with the launch of Praptham’s Energy Division — a major step toward a sustainable and technology-driven future. This division focuses on EV Charging Infrastructure, Solar Installations, and High-Power Transmission Solutions, serving India’s growing demand for clean and efficient energy systems.

By mid-2024, Praptham had established operations in 15 states across India, supported by a team of over 100 skilled professionals across Telecom, Commercial Infrastructure, and Energy.
The company’s consistent performance, coupled with strong client partnerships and a focus on innovation, positioned Praptham among India’s emerging leaders in integrated infrastructure services.

As of today, Praptham Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. stands proud with a family of over 120 professionals, delivering projects at a pan-India scale. With divisions in Telecom, Power and Commercial Infrastructure, Praptham continues to grow with a clear mission — to create sustainable, scalable, and future-ready solutions that empower industries and communities.
